Presentation night
This seasons presentation night will take place on Saturday 8th June at Spencer Sports and Social Club 7pm for 7.30pm sit down.
Tickets for the 3 course meal will cost £16 with a Roast Beef main meal and vegetarian options are Nut Roast or Cajun Roulade followed the presentation and a Disco. We would like to see as many of you there as possible.
IMPORTANT: If you have any special requirements, please inform me when ordering your tickets.
Why not come and support your fellow skittlers ? Even if you have not won anything yourself!
Please could Winners and Runners up donate a raffle prize on the night Thank you.
Please contact Andy Bainton on 01225 351941 ASAP with the amount of tickets that you will require. Tickets will need to be paid for when they are delivered to you.
AGM
This seasons AGM will take place at Spencer Sports and Social Club on Tuesday 9th July 7.30pm start.
All team Captains and or Vice Captain is expected to attend the meeting. Only Captains OR Vice Captains will be able to vote.
If neither the Captain nor Vice Captain is able to attend then you MUST INFORM a member of the committee or a £5 penalty will be added to your bill as per the league rules.
If you have any proposals that you would like to put forward for next season, please put it in writing with a proposer and seconder and return to Andy Bainton at 35 Queensway Melksham SN12 7LB, no later than 1st June ?
Ladies Section
As we come to the end of the season could any team that has emailed or messaged results to me, please make sure that I have all of the sheets before the following Monday of your last game.
I have included a sheet that needs to be returned to me no later than the 1st May for you to provide your Highest individual score and the Highest individual average of the season. Winners will be contacted by me as soon as possible. Also included is a signing on form for next season.
All Trophies should now have been returned to Alex Annal at 8 Pine Close, Melksham. If you still have a trophy from last season I will be in touch.

Outstanding Games
There are now 12 Mens games outstanding. It is disappointing that we now have so many outstanding games. Although it is still slightly lower than previous years.
In accordance with rule : Games should be played within 21 days of the original play date or by the end of the 21 days, have at least a set date for when the game will be played. Fixture secretary MUST be informed of this date.

If there are not enough entries we will then play the competition over one night where possible.
