Please return the forms asap as these competitions are played over several nights and are dependant on the entries we receive. If there are not enough entries we will then play the competition over one night where possible.

Outstanding Games
There are now 18 Mens games outstanding. It is disappointing that we now have so many outstanding games. Although it is still slightly lower than previous years.
In accordance with rule : Games should be played within 21 days of the original play date or by the end of the 21 days, have at least a set date for when the game will be played. Fixture secretary MUST be informed of this date.

Most of the above games have been rearranged mainly for the open date of 29th March or others. There are a few recent games that have not been arranged yet. If I don’t have a date for your game yet, please get in touch with me asap after receiving this newsletter or I will be in touch in the next few days for a set date from you.
