Please hand in your Signing on form NO LATER than the 3rd game of the season, if you are the away team please hand it to the home captain. Please keep the additional signing on form in case you need to sign anyone else on during the season.
For this season we have added in the Vic Missen cup prior to Christmas which is a slight change to my report given at the AGM. This cup unfortunately hasn’t been played since prior to Covid. It does mean that the season is extended by a week which will also push back the singles and pairs at the end of the season if they are played on a Friday.
IMPORTANT
If there are any dates that you know of in advance that you cannot play then please rearrange the games early, don’t wait until the week of the game to notify your opposition.
POSTPONED GAMES
A date for when the game will be played must arranged within 2 WEEKS. If games are postponed in the first half of the season, you still until Christmas to play it. If a game is postponed in the second half of the season you have until the end of the league fixtures to play it.
Please also inform the Fixture Secretary thank you.

Fixture card for the Captain and Fixture sheets if you would like to pass them on to players.
New Rules for the 2023-24 season – It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read them.
An example of everything required on the score sheets of your new books, please use them and keep the example in your book for your reference.
